Les voitures anciennes vendues aux enchères sont très nombreuses et heureusement la plupart du temps adjugées à des prix “raisonnables”. Très peu dépassent le chiffre symbolique du million, mais elles sont quand même trop nombreuses pour toutes les énumérer. Alors on se contentera des très grosses cotes à plus de 5 millions ! Il va de soit que les prix d’il y a 40 ans n’ont pas de comparaison avec des prix actuels et pourtant une auto adjugée à 57.000.000 F a tenu le record de cherté de 1987 à 2008, c’est dire ce qu’elle vaudrait si elle était revendue aujourd’hui, sachant que statistiquement et par constatation, la plupart des “stars” des enchères qui valaient 1.000.000 F en 2000 valaient 1.000.000 € en 2020, alors que seraient celles de 1987 ?
Ce que l’on peut aussi constater c’est que toutes ces autos à gros prix se résument à seulement quelques marques, voire quelques modèles, en commençant par Ferrari qui, sur 143 autos vendues à plus de 5.000.000 $, en représente 84, soit plus de la moitié ! Quelles sont les autres marques stars des enchères ? (En bleu, le record de prix pour la marque)
